ひき肉とさつまいものリゾット
最近、一週間がすぎるのが異常に早い。
ということで、何の気なく休める土曜日がきたので、今日は料理をつくってみました。
先週、実家にいってもらってきたサツマイモをつかって、なんか一風変わったものつくれないかなあとおもって、冷蔵庫の中をいろいろあさってみたら、ひき肉と牛乳、あとシチューの素があったので、リゾットをつくることにしました。
ヨメは、まだ睡眠中です。（あとで聞いたのだが、朝五時まで「蒼天航路」を読んでいたそうな）
サツマイモをさいころサイズにきって、電子レンジでふかしておきます。
にんにくと唐辛子をオリーブオイルでじっくり茶色っぽくなるまで火を通し、
刻んだたまねぎを入れていためます。
このあたりでヨメが起きてきました。
米と水と牛乳、シチューの素をさささっといれて、米に8割火が通るまでじっくり煮込みます。
米がアルデンテ寸前までいたところで、ひき肉とレンジでふかしたサツマイモをいれてさらに数分煮込む。その間に塩コショウで味を調整し、味が収まればOK。
皿にもりつけたら、バジルの葉を少々まぶして、できあがり。
リゾットのクリーミーな味わいと、サツマイモの甘さが結構マッチして、
なかなかの美味。ヨメもかなり気に入ってくれたそうな。
ちなみに、夜は、チキンアボガドサラダに、手作りトルティーア（ヨメ作）というメキシコ風味。
久々に昼も夜も自分たちで作った料理を食べたのでした。こっちも、なかなかうまかった！！
だんだん料理のレパートリーが増えてきますよ。
サツマイモでリゾットとは珍しいですね。
ヨメさんは最近漫画には待ってますね。私も蒼天航路は好きでずっと読んでますよ。最近は「ムーンライトマイル」がお奨めです。昔の漫画もかなり読まれているようなので「寄生獣」なんかも推奨しちゃいます。

ほんと、はまってます。
蒼天航路はたまたま、リビングに1年分が束になった雑誌があったので見ましたが、はまってしまい、朝になってしまいました。早く次がみたくてうずうず！
「寄生獣」も昔はまりました。はじめは気持ちわるいとおもったのに、ミギーが最後いなくなってしまって、悲しいですよね。
「ムーンライトマイル」は見てないので、探してみます〜！
